What is an email mystery?
The story of Suzanne is told through a series of emails exchanged among the characters. But instead of reading these emails in a book, they will be sent to your inbox as part of your regular email as if the characters have copied you on the emails they are sending to each other. You will receive a few emails a day over the three weeks it takes for the story to unfold.

Is the entire story composed of emails?
No. Suzanne also includes links to additional content such as newspaper and magazine articles and photographs that are part of the story.

How many emails will I get and how long will it take to read them?
The number of emails sent each day varies. You will receive 3 or 4 emails a day. It will take about 5 minutes or so a day to read them, depending on how fast you read.

What happens if there is a problem with my server and I don't get all the emails? Will I still be able to follow the story?
All the emails that are sent to you are stored on the 'Readers' Log In' area on the website. So no matter what happens to your emails, you can always follow the story online.
| | |
Can I read all the emails at once?
No, and that's part of the fun. The story of Suzanne unfolds in real time. Unlike a book where you can turn a page to find out what happens next, you have to wait for the next email to arrive. That's what makes this a unique reading experience. Of course once you've been sent all the emails, you'll be able to read the entire mystery whenever you want.
| | |
How will I know if I have received all the emails?
The emails are numbered in the order that they are to be read.
| | |
How can I keep track of the emails?
We suggest you save all the emails in case you want to refer to them later. You may want to create a new folder in your inbox and store the emails there. Purchasers may also access the emails that have been sent to them through the 'Readers' Log In' link on the website.

What happens if I am away from my computer? Will I still be able to read the story?
Yes. You will be able to access all the emails that have been sent to you from the 'Readers' Log In' link on the website.
